About
OP/AID is an AI-powered patient education platform built on a professionally reviewed and clinically validated medical content base. Unlike general-purpose AI solutions, OP/AID delivers reliable, structured and medically controlled information that healthcare providers can confidently integrate into patient communication.
The platform provides personalized educational content throughout the entire surgical journey—from preparation and prehabilitation through treatment to rehabilitation. Information is delivered at the appropriate stage of the patient pathway and remains accessible whenever the patient needs it, helping patients better understand their condition, procedure and role in recovery.
OP/AID currently includes around 1,000 patient education texts covering multiple medical specialties. Its content and methodology are being further validated in cooperation with the University of Pécs Clinical Centre, supporting the platform’s medical credibility and its future implementation in clinical environments.
For healthcare providers, OP/AID supports consistent, high-quality communication across care teams, reduces the need to repeat standard explanations and can save approximately five minutes per consultation. At the same time, patients receive trustworthy information from their own healthcare provider in a clear, structured and accessible format.
OP/AID is designed for hospitals, surgical centres, clinic networks and other healthcare providers seeking a scalable and clinically credible solution for patient education, improved patient engagement and more efficient clinical communication. The platform can be introduced through institutional pilots and subsequently adapted to different medical specialties, workflows and markets.
