I am a PhD in International Law and a senior consultant and business developer specialising in European funding programmes, research and innovation policies, strategic partnerships and project development.

My professional activity combines a strong legal and policy background with extensive experience in supporting companies, universities, research organisations, public authorities, clusters and innovation ecosystems in accessing European, national and regional funding opportunities.

I have particular expertise in the identification and interpretation of EU funding frameworks, the development of R&I projects, consortium building, stakeholder engagement and the design of cooperation models between industry, research and public institutions.

My academic background in international law provides an additional perspective on European governance, regulatory frameworks, public policies, international cooperation and institutional relations, which is particularly relevant in complex collaborative projects involving multiple countries and different categories of stakeholders.

I also support clusters, business associations and territorial ecosystems in strategic positioning, development strategies, partnership building and the identification of new innovation and funding opportunities.

In the Life Sciences field, I am particularly interested in supporting collaborations involving health, biotech, medtech, digital health, prevention, advanced technologies and multidisciplinary research, especially where successful project development requires the integration of scientific, industrial, regulatory and policy perspectives.
