At oostaMo we create small cotton bags filled with pure botanicals – flowers, leaves, dried roots – sourced directly from regenerative and family farmers or organic suppliers. Just drop a bag into cold tap water and overnight you have a clean, flavorful base for premium drinks.

Food services can use this base in many ways:

• In summer: still or sparkling botanical drinks or iced botanical lattes.

• In winter: warm botanical lattes and cozy blends.

One of our favorites is the Saffron–Thyme Latte. Saffron is a powerful mood booster, supported by extensive research on its natural anti-depression effects. Thyme helps the immune system and fights colds, while green tea provides energy without the crash. Served warm, it is as comforting as a spiced pumpkin latte.
