The jam-maker Naturgie/Favols was founded in 1966 in Villeneuve-sur-Lot, a town in the heart of the Aquitaine orchards, by a local plum producer making jams from his fruit production. Over 60 years, Naturgie/Favols has refined its jam-making know-how. The secret lies in the unique process of slowly cooking fruit at low temperatures, so that flavor is preserved.

Naturgie/Favols stands out with its line of reduced-sugar jams, a key factor sought-after by our customers. Richer in fruit, these jams highlite the authentic taste of the fruits. For example, our Organic Jams line contains 60% fruit. Furthermore, in our rewound 100% fruit preparations, fruit juice replaces cane sugar, allowing us to reduce sugar content by one-third for a product with a lower glycemic index.
