JAS creates organic craft cocktails, ready to serve in kegs, mini-kegs, and cans.

Born in Rome in 2021, we are the first cocktail company to obtain organic certification. Our recipes combine tradition and creativity, made only with carefully selected ingredients for an authentic and surprising taste.

We produce over 12 different cocktails — from classics like Spritz, Negroni, Mojito, and Gin Tonic, to unique recipes and non-alcoholic mocktails such as Hugo Zero and Spritz Zero. Each drink is designed to be easy to serve, consistent in quality, and sustainable, with zero waste.

Available in kegs for tap systems, mini-kegs for events, and 20 cl cans, our cocktails are perfect for HoReCa, catering, and private labels. We also create custom recipes and labels, making every event or brand project truly unique.
