Gavi DOCG "Biné" - BIO

Gavi DOCG "Binè" is a wine of character, fresh, and full-bodied. Very vertical on the Cortese varietal, it is fragrant and honest. It is a perfect expression of the traditional freshness of Gavi, and with its easy drinkability and intense flavor, it is very typical and authentic.

The grapes for this wine come from different vineyard parcels situated on a hillside slope of almost 4 hectares, which are represented on the label. The wines from these parcels, after the first fermentation and a brief aging in stainless steel, are blended before bottling.

In this sense, the Gavi “Binè” is the most sincere expression of the Binè terroir in the Cortese di Gavi variety."
