Spur and helical gears – cut with hobbing cutters or Fellows shaping machines

Bevel gears (straight teeth) – produced with the Gleason method

Bevel gears (curved teeth) – produced with Orlikon technology

Sprockets – manufactured using hobbing and laser cutting methods

Rack gears

Keyways and splines – both straight and involute, produced by shaping and broaching methods

In addition, we produce a wide range of pulley gears and continuously variable transmissions (CVTs). Our capabilities also include spline cutting on shafts, using both hobbing and form milling on CNC machines.

We manufacture gearbox housings in both cast iron and welded steel, as well as complete gear and pulley transmissions, fully designed and built in-house.
