About

Produced in Château Haut-Meyreau in a sustainable viticulture, the grapes of L'Éclat Blanc are harvested manually to ensure they are picked at optimal ripeness. The grapes undergo whole bunch pressing and ferment with indigenous yeasts. The wine is then aged for 12 months in new oak barrels, which adds complexity and depth to its flavor profile.
