Healthicate

Healthicate is an AI receptionist for medical facilities, developed by Aurero Intelligence sp. z o.o. in Łódź, Poland.

It answers patient phone calls 24/7, including evenings, weekends and holidays. It books, reschedules and cancels appointments directly in the clinic calendar, answers questions about opening hours, locations and test preparation, sends confirmations and reminders to reduce no-shows, and runs two-way SMS, website chat and outbound campaigns such as invitations to check-ups.
