Patient Watch is a UK-based platform built to solve getting real, usable data directly from patients and clinicians after a device reaches the market. Created with doctors, we set out to fix what most PMCF and post-market surveillance processes get wrong - treating data collection as an administrative burden rather than something patients and clinicians actually want to engage with.

We help device manufacturers, distributors, and healthcare providers collect patient-reported outcomes and real-world evidence for PMCF, post-market surveillance, and market access - at engagement rates most teams didn't think were possible, built on a platform clinicians and patients genuinely choose to use.

Every data point runs on a live, full ALCOA+ audit trail - who entered or changed what, and when - available on demand rather than reconstructed at reporting time, giving manufacturers audit-ready evidence throughout a device's lifecycle.

We build bespoke PROMs, questionnaires, and workflows to any clinical specification and schedule, with multi-language support, photo/video and e-consent capture, and export straight to PDF for EPR upload. We're UK/EU-ready today, with active work underway on US deployment (HIPAA-compliant hosting and CFR21 alignment).
