The China IP SME Helpdesk is a non-profit project funded by the European Commission since 2008.
We provide advice to companies from countries participating in the Single Market Programme (SMP) that are interested in expanding to third countries outside the EU - in China (mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan)- regarding intellectual property protection and enforcement. It is important to be informed before undertaking any activity.
