HYBRIMS

HYBRIMS is a Knowledge-Based Company (EBC or spin-off) of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) and the University of Valencia (UV) created from the development of a patented medical technology that combines gamma and ultrasound images with the capacity to guide cancer biopsies in real time. This novel device adds the metabolic information provided by gamma images, which display the most active or aggressive areas of the tumor, to the morphological information obtained with ultrasound, allowing the specialist to obtain more precise information about the tumor. The combination of both information ensures the biopsy of the most representative samples possible of the tumor and lymph nodes,
