As one of the largest Christian educational and social enterprises in Germany, our aim is to enable people to develop their personality and shape their lives in a self-determined and successful way. To achieve this, our employees work together in a networked and interdisciplinary manner. This cooperation is not a matter of course, and we are proud of our strong community.
The CJD (Christliches Jugenddorfwerk Deutschlands) is a non-profit registered association - and with around 11,000 employees, it is one of the largest educational and social enterprises in Germany.
As a quality provider and network designer in the social area, we work together with suitable partners. We are a member of Diakonie Deutschland and have close ties to the YMCA. We support and accompany children, young people and adults according to the guiding principle “No one should get lost”. Our strength lies in providing needs-based and networked services for people at all stages of life.
