PEN Worldwide is a non-profit association that coordinates the global Practice Enterprise Network—a network of over 7,000 simulated companies operating in more than 40 countries. These "Practice Enterprises" are trainee-run businesses that mirror real-world companies in structure, operations, and procedures. They provide a hands-on, "learning-by-doing" environment where participants can develop practical skills in business and entrepreneurship.
