I am the founder of ScaleChanger, an organisation that supports the scaling of social and environnemental innovations in France, in Europe and internationally.

My organisation

ScaleChanger was born out of the observation that, while innovations with a strong social or environmental impact are emerging all over the world, only a few manage to grow at a much larger scale. The reason for this: an ecosystem insufficiently conducive  to the development of impact-driven organisations, despite significant progress and the challenges and doubts faced by their leaders wanting to scale their solution: Is my organisation mature enough?, What path should I take to achieve my impact ambitions?, How can I implement my development strategy?, How can I change my business model?, And so on. Our mission at ScaleChanger is to remove the obstacles faced by organisations (social entrepreneurs, NGOS, etc.) while helping to strengthen the ecosystem, so that in the future, any proven social or environmental innovation can flourish and be a response to today’s global challenges. This is the vision of the world that we defend at ScaleChanger and for which we work every day. Our theory of change is based on a global approach, giving managers the keys to maximising the impact of their solution. Thanks to our support in the development of their strategy and capabilities, their vision is clearer and they feel better to successfully scale up their solution.
