Primero H , the first social REIT in Spain

Primero H SOCIMI (SOCIMI is a REIT in Spanish) was created with the aim of increasing access to affordable rental housing for people in situations of residential vulnerability, and especially for those experiencing homelessness — a problem that affects more than 37,000 people in Spain. The activities of the first social SOCIMI in our country will help expand the stock of affordable rental housing to address these needs.

By equally balancing investment and social action, Primero H SOCIMI joins the transformation of the homelessness support system and advocates for access to housing as a solution to this issue.
