House of Hope

House of Hope is a community-based youth and family support organization in Liepāja, Latvia, founded in 2011. We work with young people, especially NEET youth aged 15–29, and mothers with small children, offering a safe, supportive space where they can grow, learn, and regain confidence.

Our work combines social support, education, and social entrepreneurship. Through practical skills workshops - including woodworking, sewing, culinary arts, hairdressing, photography, and 3D design - alongside our creative studio Hopeart, participants gain real-life skills, work habits, and pathways toward employment, education, or self-employment.

House of Hope’s mission is to empower rather than simply support. We help people build independence, dignity, and hope for the future by giving them tools, opportunities, and belief in their own abilities, strengthening both individuals and the wider community.
