sport2live is a Foundation committed to improving health and well-being through physical exercise and sport. We support people with mental health conditions and addictions, as well as young people at social exclusion risk, using physical activity as a complementary therapeutic strategy.
Our purpose is to make high-quality, personalized sport and health programs accessible to those who can benefit most from them. Each intervention is tailored to the individual and aligned with the therapeutic and socio-educational objectives of the healthcare professionals and organizations supporting them.
Our approach is based on a structured methodology developed through extensive experience working directly with participants, healthcare services and multidisciplinary teams. Physical exercise is integrated into existing treatment and recovery pathways alongside psychotherapy, medication and other social and healthcare interventions.
We design, implement and monitor exercise programs, adapting them to each participant’s physical condition, clinical and social situation, needs and personal goals. Every training session is documented through our digital monitoring system, providing healthcare and socio-educational teams with accurate, relevant and up-to-date information on participation and progress.
Through this methodology, sport2live transforms physical activity from an isolated recreational activity into a structured, measurable and coordinated therapeutic resource, helping improve health, well-being, recovery and social inclusion.
