About

Filia is a Social Cooperative Society and Social Benefit Enterprise in Greece that designs and delivers education, training and mentoring programmes to support individuals of all ages in accessing learning, skills development and employment opportunities. With the vision that no one is left behind, Filia works to reduce barriers linked to unemployment, marginalisation, digital exclusion and limited access to lifelong learning.

The organisation’s scope of work includes skills upgrading, curriculum design, development of training materials, mentoring and coaching, digital learning, mobility activities and tailored training pathways.

Filia focuses on vulnerable groups such as people with disabilities, migrants and refugees, children in institutional care, unemployed adults, young mothers, people aged 45+, low-income individuals and residents of rural or remote areas. Through its programmes, Filia promotes employability, digital readiness, inclusion, resilience and active social participation.
