MOZAIK DOBROT

Mozaik dobrot Employment Centre is a Slovenian non-profit employment centre dedicated to the social and labour market inclusion of vulnerable groups. The organisation provides supported employment, vocational training, mentoring, and practical work experience for persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed people, young people with fewer opportunities, and other disadvantaged groups. Through social entrepreneurship, circular economy activities, food production, and community-based services, Mozaik dobrot develops innovative pathways towards sustainable employment and independent living. With extensive experience in cooperation with public employment services, vocational rehabilitation providers, municipalities, schools, and social welfare institutions, the organisation contributes to reducing social exclusion, improving employability, and promoting equal opportunities for vulnerable young people and families. Its expertise in personalised mentoring, skills development, and inclusive workplaces makes Mozaik dobrot a strong partner for projects addressing child poverty, social inclusion, and labour market integration of disadvantaged groups, including Roma NEETs.
