YEAH Youth Empowerment & Action Hub gGmbH (YEAH) is a Berlin-based non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering young people and adults through education, employability, entrepreneurship, digital inclusion, and active participation in society.
Our mission is to create opportunities for young people with fewer opportunities, including NEETs, migrants, refugees, youth, and individuals facing social and economic barriers. We believe that every young person should have access to quality learning, meaningful employment opportunities, and the skills needed to thrive in an increasingly digital world.
YEAH develops and delivers innovative training programmes, online learning courses, workshops, mentoring activities, and community-based initiatives focused on digital skills, employability, entrepreneurship, social inclusion, and civic engagement. Through our growing online learning platform, participants can access flexible and practical learning opportunities designed to improve their confidence, competencies, and labour market prospects.
The organisation works closely with a broad European network of youth organisations, SMEs, educational institutions, social enterprises, municipalities, and civil society actors. These partnerships enable us to connect learning with real opportunities for employment, mentoring, volunteering, entrepreneurship, and community participation.
Our team brings more than 15 years of experience in youth work, non-formal education, capacity building, international cooperation, project management, training, and facilitation. We have extensive experience in Erasmus+, AMIF, CERV, Horizon Europe, and other European programmes, contributing to projects that address social inclusion, digital transformation, youth participation, diversity, and equal opportunities.
Within international consortia, YEAH can contribute expertise in outreach and engagement of vulnerable groups, digital skills development, online learning, employability and entrepreneurship education, stakeholder engagement, communication and dissemination, capacity building, and project coordination.
We are particularly interested in partnerships that promote social inclusion, reduce poverty, support labour market integration, strengthen communities, and create sustainable opportunities for young people and disadvantaged groups across Europe.
