As one of Austria’s largest providers of adult education with a strong focus on vocational education and training (VET), we have been creating pathways to social inclusion and labour market participation for decades through our diverse, flexible, and innovative learning opportunities, particularly for low-skilled and disadvantaged individuals. Since 2019, we have successfully delivered vocational training programmes in the retail sector for Roma and Romnja participants, supporting their access to qualifications and employment. Building on this experience, we aim to develop and scale an integrated support model that combines training in future-oriented occupational fields with career guidance, coaching, mentoring, and tailored job matching services.
