Cristina Balgaradean

Cristina is a marketing specialist with expertise in innovation management, project management, and human resources management. Currently, she serves as Project Manager at the Technology Transfer Center CENTI, a department of INCDO-INOE 2000, subsidiary of the Institute for Analytical Instrumentation Research (ICIA) in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

With over 10 years of experience in international research, technology transfer, and consultancy environments, Cristina works closely with SMEs, start-ups, researchers, and NGOs. Her work focuses mostly on offering business mentoring, supporting innovation management, and facilitating participation in international fairs, exhibitions, and brokerage events, as well as contributing to initiatives that promote science.

Cristina is an Enterprise Europe Network Advisor, a member of the Women Entrepreneurship and Sustainability Thematic Groups, and an Ambassador of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) for Enterprise Europe Network organizations in Romania.

Additionally, she is a founding member of the Conscious Marketing Movement - an international initiative promoting ethical marketing principles - and is actively involved in various European communities, contributing to the dissemination and promotion of international projects such as Erasmus+, Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs, and Europe Direct.
