Laboratory of Optical Fiber Technology has complete technological manufacturing line of silica optical fibers including MCVD lathe and optical fiber drawing tower. Our expertise includes designing of optical fibers with the use of numerical simulations. We can design the fiber parameters to the desired need. Our designs include conventional optical fibers, side-hole, elliptical core, highly birefringent fibers, microstructured optical fibers and anti-resonant hollow-core fibers. We also work in the field of active, rare-earth doped optical fibers.
