ACCURE has created a machine learning driven software that monitors battery safety, performance, and lifetime. ACCURE tracks battery operating conditions such as voltage, current, and resistance and can notice unusual patterns in a single battery cell that might indicate a safety issues. Additionally, ACCURE’s software calculates the battery’s state of charge (SOC), i.e, how much battery is left in the battery and compares this to the system’s SOC to ensure they are aligned. This ensures the operator knows how much electricity they can trade and thus generate revenues. Finally, ACCURE’s software also looks at how the battery is degrading overtime by looking at how the capacity has decreased overtime. If the battery is degrading too quickly, ACCURE can flag this issue and provide data customers can use for warranty claims with their supplier. ACCURE’s whole software is sold as SaaS and has helped more than 40 customers.
