Prevent bearing failures instead of only predicting! With our groundbreaking technology for monitoring bearing lubrication - the #1 cause of bearing failures - we help our customers prevent bearing failures. Conventional predictive maintenance can only detect failures after they happened. We monitor how the actual lubrication inside the bearing is working, and can help you prevent the failure by taking countermeasures, instead of only getting a prediction when the machine will fail. Another application of our technology is monitoring loads (forces) in bearings.
About me
After my PhD at TU Darmstadt, I founded HCP Sense with other colleagues to bring our technology for monitoring bearing lubrication and loads to the market. With currently 31 customers in several european countries and first successful field tests, we are close to that goal and looking for more applications.
