KarIoT: IoT-based water quality/quantity monitoring and surveillance Water sustainability is a generic global problem. And a shift in paradigm is required to bring commendable change. KarIoT is aiming towards this change with an impact; slowly yet steadily. KarIoT Gateway Solution uses IoT (Internet of Things), that is customizable with multiple integration possibilities. Not limited to a certain meter/ sensor available in the market. This smart gateway solution collects data from physical devices, transmits it to cloud, and viewable on any smart device. A user can access the application to view, monitor, get alerts, and operate the water systems remotely. The platform uses advanced AI (Artificial Intelligence) algorithms to analyze data and make predictions that are easily comprehendible in simple graphs and patterns. KarIoT has been developed with hybrid technology – Flutter and Node.Js technologies that are highly scalable. Two years in the market, have provided solutions to a few marquee clients in the industrial, residential, commercial, and government sectors. Our breakthrough in the pilot project in the panchayat of Tiruchendur has proved remarkable by collecting data of over 3000 Million Litres of water every month. The solution is currently available as a customizable solution with a 360° view of the entire water distribution systems in real-time. The solution reduces manual effort/errors, increases efficiency, and minimizes production downtime due to leakages, fluctuations, faulty equipment, and anomalies in quality parameters. With growing awareness of smart water systems, KarIoT is working towards building a better system to cater to a larger audience in any sector.

I, Suresh Jambunathan can sustainably cut energy and water expense at industrial, commercial & municipal sites by reducing, reusing and recycling resources (power, steam/hot water, energy, water & wastewater).

Business Approach: Asset acquisition, new build projects and asset O&M.

Technical Approach: Identify process inefficiencies, then create value via Demand Reduction Measures (DRM) and Supply Optimization Measures (SOM), then develop the project - finance, design, build, commission, Operate & Maintain.

Development and operational experience spans energy systems (combined heat & power, waste heat recovery) and water treatment & distribution plus wastewater collection & treatment systems and processes.
