About me

Shelly Blake-Plock is President and CEO at Yet Analytics, a small business specializing in open source products and services supporting the implementation of xAPI and the Total Learning Architecture. He served as principal investigator on the ADL-sponsored DATASIM project for synthetic xAPI data modeling and simulation and is active in the global standards community where he has served as an officer of the IEEE Learning Technology Standards Committee (LTSC) since 2018. He chairs the LTSC’s Technical Advisory Group on xAPI as well as the working group on xAPI Cybersecurity. He is vice-chair of the working group on Enterprise Learner Records as well as the project on the Ethical Design of Artificial Intelligence for Adaptive Instructional Systems.
