Challenge
Rekeep is the leading Italian Group in the Integrated Facility Management sector. The company is interested in finding a digital solution able to better monitor the current level of employees’ skills and engage them in both training and innovation (e.g. achievement of ESG goals), while ensuring user privacy. The tool shall engage employees, map and assess their competences and attitudes towards topics that are strategic for Rekeep. On the basis of this data collection, the tool shall prompt users with custom suggestions on courses to take, as well as encourage behaviors in line with corporate guidelines (also through individual or group gamification dynamics). This will empower employees to contribute to company’s objectives as well as keeping their motivation high.
Additionally, the tool should aggregate gathered data and elaborate it to provide HR with trends and analytics on employees’ competences and capabilities. On top of this, it shall suggest strategic training actions and topics targeted to specific groups.
To achieve these goals, the digital solution needs to be able to gather and process different types of data, such as employees surveys, corporate DBs, learning tools (e.g., integration with existing LMS - Learning Management System) and other.
Objectives
