Established in 1996, our group operates as a high-tech affiliate of Germany-based LY-Holding across 3 specialized production plants in Turkey, powered by a unified and highly skilled workforce of over 250 employees.

Machinery & Production Lines (APU Setup)

Our production infrastructure is organized into dedicated Autonomous Production Units (APU) equipped with state-of-the-art technology:

• Plastic Injection Molding & Assembly (Gölcük): Plastic injection machines with clamping forces from 50T up to 1,500T (including Double-Shot), equipped with Hot Plate Welding, Helium Leak Test, and semi-automatic assembly lines specialized for automotive components and tank systems (49 mold sets).

• Rubber Injection Molding (Çerkezköy): Advanced machinery fleet with press capacities from 100T to 560T (including Desma, Dieffenbacher, REP, and Yizumi), supported by 428 mold sets.

• Finishing, Deflashing & Testing (Çerkezköy): Advanced finishing department equipped with 4x Cryogenic Deburring (Deflashing) Machines, Tempering Furnaces, Sandblasting booths, leak testing, and over 30 assembly stations.
