With a strong manufacturing infrastructure, EPSA operates modern facilities in Bursa and Eskişehir, Türkiye, with a total production area of 30,000 m².

The Bursa TEKNOSAB factory is a next-generation manufacturing hub equipped with smart systems. In addition to construction chemicals production, the facility has strengthened the company’s product portfolio with the commissioning of a new EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) production line. The Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone (OIZ) facility contributes to the company’s sustainable growth through its high production capacity and efficiency in EPS and packaging manufacturing.

Production at these modern facilities is supported by smart manufacturing systems and a strong R&D infrastructure. With more than 100 qualified employees and a continuously expanding dealer network, EPSA positions itself as a reliable solution partner in both domestic and international markets.

OUR PRODUCT GROUPS

1. Thermal Insulation Systems

Our thermal insulation boards and external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS) provide long-lasting solutions for sustainable buildings by improving energy efficiency, enhancing comfort, and delivering durability under diverse climatic conditions.

Our extensive product range covers thermal and waterproofing solutions, including fire-resistant EPS insulation boards, high-performance external insulation renders, water-resistant coating mortars, and breathable decorative exterior façade finishes.

2. Construction Chemicals

Our comprehensive product portfolio adds value to construction projects, ranging from ceramic tile adhesives and grouts to waterproofing products, concrete admixtures, repair mortars, and epoxy- and polyurethane-based floor coatings.

High performance, ease of application, and long-term durability are the key principles behind every product we develop. Our product groups are formulated in accordance with applicable EN and TS standards and designed to meet different adhesion and flexibility classifications, as well as chemical resistance requirements, depending on application conditions.
