Data Masters built the Decision Activation Platform: decision intelligence with the data foundation built in, running inside the client's own environment.

Mid-size banks, insurers and retailers bought modern data platforms, but the loop between their data and their decisions is still broken. Decisions go unrecorded, the number arrives months late, and the lift is never measured. We close that loop inside the institution's own perimeter, so a decision goes live and proves itself in weeks, not years.

A metadata-driven engine builds and runs the pipelines, quality checks and semantic models in about 30 days. On top sits a playbook of 900+ pre-built value cases for banking, insurance, retail and telco, each one a modelled, governed, activated decision, measured against a control group.

We're in production, with 60+ fixed-price projects across 7+ countries. Everything runs on the platform the client already has: Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, AWS or on-premise.
