The team analyzes part geometry in relation to processing phenomena (shrinkage, sink marks, weld lines, warpage), selects the optimal thermoplastic resin, and mitigates technological risks before tooling fabrication begins.

• ​Strategic Manufacturing Process Planning: Selection of manufacturing technologies, work-cell capacity calculations, specification of injection molding parameters, and mold concepts (including multi-component, thin-wall, and insert molding). The core focus is placed on automation, cycle repeatability, and reducing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

• ​Implementation Validation and Verification: Development and execution of rigorous validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) aligned with the strict standards of the medical, automotive, and technical industries. The team oversees tool trials, optimizes processing windows, and conducts full coordinate measuring machine (CMM) geometric inspections, ensuring a seamless transition from pilot runs to stable, high-volume production.
