CEL-MER , was established as a 4-stand hot rolling mill by our current chairman, Mechanical Engineer Mr. Gazi YILMAZ in 1986 in Bayrampasa, Istanbul. The establishing philosophy and the mission was focusing to the value-added / un-common business; so it started with high-alloyed steel bar production.

Today, on a 95.000 m² open, 30.000 m² closed area in Cayirova, Kocaeli; CEL-MER continues its production with

• A modern semi-continuous hot rolling mill,

• Peeling,

• Grinding,

• Cold Drawing and

• Heat treatment units.

Our company is one of the leading companies in the quality and bright steel production. By the variety of production possibilities and flexibility; it is unique in its field in the country.

Current production range covers special profiles, flat, square, hexagonal, octagonal, triangle and round sections; and product diversity serves to a wide chemical analysis range.

Special profiles; which are not defined within an international norm, are specially produced according to customer demand. We produce special profiles both by hot rolling and cold drawing processes. Although production of these profiles is more difficult and the fixed costs are higher; our special profile production demand is increasing. It allows the customer to save both material and labor cost.

Beside steel products; projects with various super alloys, titanium alloys, cobalt alloys etc are being realized.

Continuous improvement, digitalization, process and product optimization are being carried out as a part of routine processes to provide high quality products with lower prices.
