About
The Center for Knowledge Management (CKM) is a research and development center established in 2008 in Skopje, North Macedonia, dedicated to fostering innovation, knowledge management, and technology transfer across all societal sectors in the Western Balkans and the SEE region.
CKM’s work spans multiple levels of impact:
• Macro level – conducting policy research and analysis on national and regional development, innovation systems, entrepreneurship, and education, supporting evidence-based policy-making.
• Micro level – promoting technology transfer, innovation capacity, and competitiveness through collaboration between academia, businesses, and the public sector.
• Organizational level – supporting organizations to strengthen their innovation potential, digital readiness, and strategic decision-making through CKM’s Innovation Lab (i-lab.mk).
CKM’s multidisciplinary team brings expertise in knowledge management, digital transformation, education, entrepreneurship, and strategic development. The Center acts as a trusted partner in designing and implementing EU-funded and international projects that connect research, technology, and business to advance sustainable economic growth and digital skills development in the region.
