  • Flags for clinical deterioration (e.g., low SpO₂ or high BP readings)

• Care dashboards:

  • Role-based dashboards for administrators, nurses, and physicians

  • Visualization of patient progress, adherence, and episode frequency

  • Integration with Google Sheets for live updates and simple UX

• Vitals monitoring:

  • Daily tracking of temperature, oxygen saturation, BP, heart rate

  • Nurse-uploaded values from mobile/tablet during visits

  • Trend analysis to support early intervention

• Adherence tools:

  • Medication compliance logs

  • Alerts for delayed or missed treatments

  • Shared care plans viewable by nurse, physician, caregiver
