Kinetikos is a digital health company on a mission to revolutionise the standard of care for Movement Disorders with the aim to improve patient's quality of life. This ambition anchors on our distinct ability to instantly translate patient movement data into clinical insight. We started the Movement Disorders journey by assisting healthcare providers and patients in the management of Parkinson’s Disease (PD), through an MD class II solution that comprises an evidence-based platform and a mobile app for passively continuously measuring disease progression and patients’ symptoms without the need for wearable sensors or patients’ self-reporting. Since almost every health condition can have a permanent or transient effect on mobility we are now providing this objective assessment for several other conditions such as; obesity, low back pain, depression and risk of falls prevention. Our remote monitoring solution combines a monitoring platform for clinicians/ researchers and a mobile phone app for patients for continuous and accurate assessment of disease-relevant measurements. The app continuously monitors the patient during waking hours via their mobile phone to provide a report based on the patient’s day-to-day movements as well as their response to individual tests We believe that Mobility is on its way to becoming a new vital sign and Kinetikos vision is to be its de facto measurement.
