Salient Bio is building non-invasive diagnostic tests that address difficult-to-identify medical conditions, with a focus on Women’s Health. For this we use a combination of microbiome metagenomics and machine learning, which we couple with classical diagnostic approaches. We currently focus on testing human gut, oral, and vaginal microbiomes, for which we have built comprehensive bioinformatic analysis options. Our lab portfolio also includes a range of classical blood and stool diagnostic tests which we offer alongside our microbiome testing service.
