Systems Thinking Training and Workshops

Introduction to Systems Thinking: Participants will be introduced to the core concepts of systems thinking, understanding how interconnected and interdependent elements within a system influence each other. This will include exploring feedback loops, delays, and non-linear relationships.

Five Disciplines Integration: Personal Mastery, Mental Models, Shared Vision, Team Learning, and Systems Thinking – and how they can be integrated into personal and organizational development.

Hands-On Activities: Interactive activities will be designed to demonstrate the principles of systems thinking in real-world scenarios. This will help participants recognize patterns, understand complex systems, and foresee potential consequences of actions.

Tools and Techniques: Participants will learn various tools and techniques for implementing systems thinking, such as causal loop diagrams, behaviour over time graphs, and systems archetypes.

Application in Technology and Cognitive Science: The training will uniquely incorporate insights from cognitive science and technology, examining how cognitive biases and technological advancements influence our understanding and application of systems thinking.

Personal and Organizational Transformation: Emphasis will be placed on how individuals and organizations can use systems thinking for transformative growth, improved decision-making, and fostering a more holistic and sustainable approach to challenges.
