Nova Talent provides innovation, funding, and project consulting services tailored to Finnish SME's, helping them secure public and EU funding (including ELY Centre, Business Finland).  

Activities take place throughout the full project lifecycle, from application preparation to financial monitoring and reporting. Consultation also includes productization processes and support for starting export activities for local SME’s. Nova Talent has good connection to Universities in Turku Region and can help SME's with R&D related matters as part of innovation process of product or service.

Nova Talent core idea is to facilitate matchmaking between companies and motivated individuals. Talents are coming from continental Europe, and internships to Finland can range from 4-week to half year periods and covering over 20 different professions. Internships are implemented in Erasmus+ framework through structured internship programs.

Nova Talent support local SME with smooth and streamlined process to help interns integrate to work community. Nova Talent is expert in documentary procedures and supports practical arrangements when it come to hosting talents from abroad.
