PoC for new OEM partners looking to explore 3D printing for their legacy part portfolio

About

For new OEM partners, we typically start with a small-scale PoC; a low-risk, free-of-charge initiative that allows you to validate the business case for digital inventory and on-demand manufacturing.

Pelagus invests the time and effort and all we need from your side is information on selected parts.

  • You remain in full control of IP

  • You will receive a digital inventory of 5-10 parts of your choice (free-of-charge)

  • You will receive a written report of the business case and added value for adopting on-demand manufacturing at scale (great for sharing internally)

You only pay for parts should you choose to proceed to manufacturing, as you would with any outsourced production partner.

We will assist identifying technically- and commercially feasible parts for the PoC if needed.

Our main focus is helping OEMs address challenges related to legacy spare parts, particularly; exposure to the grey market, high inventory carrying or scrapping costs, and continue meeting customer expectations for short delivery times for legacy parts.

We enable on-demand production through qualified manufacturing technologies (CNC machining, rapid casting, PBF, DED, binder jetting, WAAM, etc.), when and where needed – with full warranty and liability terms.

Reach out if you are curious to learn more 😊
