Automated noon-reporting

Nikki Eerland

Business Development & Project Manager at Proseadure

Utrecht, Netherlands

About

Automated Noon-Reporting replaces manual noon logs with a secure, ship-to-cloud data pipeline. It ingests vessel signals where available or uses Proseadure’s IoT rack for ships without instrumentation. The result: validated noon reports that are consistent, audit-ready and instantly available to shore teams.

What it does

  • Auto-collects key noon fields (position, distance run, speed, fuel by type/ROB, engine load, weather notes, remarks).

  • Validates & normalises data to your company template (per vessel/class standards).

  • Pre-fills & files the noon report for captain review and one-click submit.

  • Generates compliance outputs for EU MRV/DCS inputs and ETS/FuelEU calculations (voyage legs, timestamps, fuel types).

  • Feeds your tools via API (planning, chartering, BI) and connects natively to Proseadure’s optimisation and emissions modules.
