Marine insulation & cladding for newbuilds, refits and dry-dock stops

We deliver turnkey marine insulation with matching aluminium or stainless cladding. Scopes cover hot, cold and cryogenic services with correct vapour barriers; exhaust and engine-room lagging; HVAC/duct and accommodation acoustic treatment; tanks and piping. We handle site measurement, prefab, installation and punch-list close-out. Materials used include mineral wool, PIR/PUR, elastomeric and foam-glass. Thicknesses are selected to meet energy-loss and condensation targets; details are designed to mitigate CUI. We work to CINI/EN ISO 12241 and shipyard rules, provide ITPs and handover packs, and coordinate required access. EU-wide crews, quick setup, minimal dock time.
