About

We basically aim to become the local sales partner in Spain (among other countries) for high-potential technology companies targeting corporates . We help them “hunting” and “farming” new clients and stay with them in the long run as KAMs. Commercially we have a stronger presence in Spain though we can also use Spain as an entrance to other Europe and/ or Latam markets.  

 With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare sector, I possess a comprehensive understanding of health systems and their key stakeholders, Specializing in leadership, business development, I am equipped to evaluate and enhance your value proposition, and am prepared to spearhead your sales initiatives in Spain. I would be the main person to assess your value proposition and would eventually lead your sales in Spain.

From a scouting perspective we have a global approach. We already have clients from the US, Israel, Germany, Singapore, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Australia, Chile and Spain and in conversations with 50+ companies in 25+ countries from 3,000+ analyzed (as we are very selective only a small percentage of these will become actual clients).

 we can allocate our sales executives, who are not just salespeople, but real directors, with the right seniority to manage the commercial relationship and we will only assign those with the right skills to properly understand your offering and quickly gain experience to become more independent in the different accounts. We can give you the required commercial bandwidth, seniority and credibility to make your expansion to Spain (+ eventually other countries) successful. With Scale Up Partner you will not only gain access to the market but also to our network of c-level decision makers in the different industries, the understanding of complex purchasing processes, gaining the credibility and trust of the average 20+ years of experience of our team and quickly identifying the adaptation you may need to successfully do business in the country.

 From the pricing perspective, we work in a cost-effective way, with an affordable monthly retainer + a commission on sales.

 We basically align our incentives with yours in the long run. Also, to enforce accountability we are happy to negotiate specific KPIs and include them in the contract, so you ensure we do a proactive and excellent work in Spain.
