AMIC Health is an innovative digital health platform designed to transform diabetes education for children living with type 1 diabetes, combining physiological simulation, gamification and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to deliver personalized, interactive and engaging learning experiences.

Developed from over 20 years of research at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), AMIC integrates advanced simulation technologies, educational games and AI-powered tools to help children understand how nutrition, physical activity and insulin affect glucose levels in a safe virtual environment.

Our solution combines B2B and B2C business models through a comprehensive ecosystem of digital and interactive educational tools:

• B2B SaaS Platform: A scalable digital education solution for hospitals, healthcare professionals, and Pharma and MedTech companies, enabling personalized educational programmes, progress monitoring and continuous patient engagement.

• B2C Family App: A digital application that allows families to follow their children's educational progress, reinforce learning at home and support greater autonomy in diabetes management.

• AI-Powered Educational Robotics: Interactive robots integrating simulation, gamification and AI to facilitate engaging group learning activities, workshops and educational programmes.

• Smart Toy: An interactive educational companion designed to introduce younger children to diabetes-related concepts through play, simulation and personalized experiences.

AMIC has already developed six software assets and obtained encouraging preliminary results from educational workshops and hospital-based research, demonstrating strong engagement, satisfaction and promising learning outcomes.

Our business strategy focuses initially on B2B SaaS licensing and strategic partnerships, complemented by B2C subscriptions, educational robotics and smart toys to expand our reach directly to families.
