Reefaire

Reefaire is a deeptech a cleantech and material science company based in Brazil and expanding to Portugal. We transform plastic and industrial waste into high-performance composites for architecture and construction through nanotechnology and circular design. Our mission is to bridge science, sustainability, and industry by creating advanced materials that reduce environmental impact, extend product lifespan, and align with global ESG and Industry 4.0 standards.

Our first-generation MVP was produced and sold over the last two years — 2 tons of high-end panels delivered to 30 early adopters using a patented recycled plastic formulation. The second generation, enhanced with nanotechnology, is under development and scheduled for launch in the second half of 2026, expanding Reefaire’s role as a pioneer in sustainable material innovation for the built environment.

We are also developing a photocatalytic mortar made with offshore drilling residues, currently in the ideation phase, designed for manufacturing self-draining paving blocks, expanding our research in sustainable and regenerative materials for the built environment.

We are a lean team of four women with one foot in science and the other in the market, building a bridge for scientific discoveries to reach industry and shape a new era of circular innovation.
