About
i2D Mobility Management project targets to reduce, face to 2025, the yearly EU Road Transport EXTERNAL COSTS, that overcome € 1,1 trillion (millions of millions; 7% of EU GDP), by: 15% on Environmental, 35% on Accidents, 10% on Congestion costs (3 equal and correlated costs), based on massive collection of raw, fraud-proof Data from Connected Vehicles sensors, and solutions such as:
- 5G C-V2X Road Safety Warning Systems for vehicles and RVU-Road Vulnerable Users
- Universal OBFCM – Real-world Consumption of Fuel, Energy and Emissions from any vehicle since 2004
- New electronic devices
- GDPR Compliance
TRL 6 to 8 are expected, some of the commercial solutions are scheduled to go-to-market in the project's Y1
The i2D Mobility Management project is a resubmission of the i2D-MSW project that got a Full-Label from Celtic-Next Eureka.
UVolution Green leads the project which contract was already signed, providing a grant agreement of 1,65 m from Portuguese PT2030 (72%), but cancelled at last-minute.
