For more than a decade, I have led the Representative Office of the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) in the Middle East and Austria, representing a national authority responsible for advancing Latvia’s export growth, fostering innovation, and attracting foreign direct investment. In this capacity, I have executed high-level business development initiatives, coordinated official delegations and trade missions, and effectively positioned Latvia’s competitive advantages across global markets. I have advised and supported numerous Latvian companies in entering and scaling within the Middle Easter and Austrian markets, while facilitating several investment projects in Latvia from initial engagement through implementation. My core competencies encompass international trade relations, strategic advisory, and accountability coaching, and I excel in cross-cultural, stakeholder-driven environments that demand strong analytical, diplomatic, and execution capabilities.
