About me
Dr. Ephraim Chauke, PhD in Biochemistry from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, is the Deputy Director of the Food and Biomedical Technology Institute (FBTI) at the Scientific and Industrial Research and Development Centre (SIRDC) in Zimbabwe. He leads a team of researchers in the Food, Chemical, Biochemical, Biomedical, and Pharmaceutical industries. As the Principal Investigator for the project “Prediction of Remaining Useful Life in Chegutu’s Water Reticulation System and Development of a Wireless Leak Detection System,” he focuses on innovative water management solutions. Dr. Chauke’s research interests also include water remediation. He has extensive experience in biotechnology, having worked on developing bioproducts and translating scientific research into practical applications. Dr. Chauke is a passionate and innovative scientist dedicated to advancing his field.
