About

VRINN Immersive Learning Cluster is a Norwegian innovation cluster dedicated to advancing the development and use of immersive technologies—virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), mixed reality (MR) and AI-powered immersive solutions. The cluster focuses specifically on learning, training, knowledge transfer and simulation across sectors such as industry, education, healthcare, emergency preparedness, culture and public services.

VRINN brings together companies, startups, researchers, universities, public institutions and large enterprises to collaborate on innovation projects, R&D, commercialization and international growth. Through knowledge sharing, strategic partnerships and pilot projects, the cluster supports members in developing impactful solutions that make training safer, faster and more cost-effective.

VRINN is the organizer of the Nordic VR Forum—one of the largest and most influential XR events in the Nordics—as well as the VRINN Awards, VR&Drinks meetups and workshops that strengthen the professional community and drive visibility for Nordic immersive technologies.

With a strong focus on collaboration, competence development and internationalization, VRINN works to position Norway as a leading hub for high-quality XR solutions that create real-world value for business and society.
